Now looking for staff who want to push entertainment to its limits!

Projects at our company are brought together by a love for all forms of entertainment even beyond games.
At PGP, we aim to create new kinds of experiences by merging game with other entertainment forms such as mangas or movies.
Our goal is to go beyond the pure definition that go beyond purely games, and aren’t strictly western nor Japanese, but instead distinctly Phoenix!
We’re currently looking for creators who want to fulfill this goal together.

• You have an inquiring mind. You are never satisfied with the status quo.
• You are eager to constantly learn new things and enjoy working with other people.
• You are able to self-motivate, communicate and collaborate well in a team environment.
• You are flexible and open towards adapting to new technologies and environments.
• You want to create unique entertainment in a small but motivated team.

Experience with Unreal Engine is generally preferred, but applicants with interest in learning it are welcome as well.

English language skills are welcome, but not required.
A conversational Japanese level of at least JLPT N2 or higher is required.

Our office is located in walking distance to Osaka Fukushima station. After the end of the trial period, hybrid work is also possible.
